The eyebrow pencil - 1944 Paris

A pencil with a precise, smooth, triangular tip whose formula glides easily onto the brow. This pencil defines, shapes, and fills in sparse brows in one fluid stroke. The perfectly adapted, soft bristle tip helps to evenly distribute the color for perfect brows.
